House Instructions
Check-In
Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
Trash pickup is Monday at 7 AM — please take out trash and recycling Sunday evening.
Second pickup is Thursday morning — please take out trash Wednesday evening.
Text us to receive the WiFi code.
To open the keyless lock: press the top button, enter the code, then press the checkmark button. To lock: press the top button, then the checkmark button.
Fan and light are controlled by wireless remote.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please remove all linens and towels and place them on the bedroom floors.
Dishes and glasses should be cleaned and put back in place.
Please text us when you leave the property.
Other Information
Bike lock code will be provided via text.
Please keep the front door closed while the A/C is running to prevent mold.
ADT alarm code provided upon request.
